Step inside where your gaze is immediately drawn to the vista of water and sky present in almost every room. Drink it all in while your imagination contemplates happy times just waiting to be had. Swing open the front door and the river beckons from across the house. Generous kitchen with equally generous island is tucked out of view of the front door but wide open to the dining and family rooms. Stay connected with visiting friends, and cook up memorable meals while watching boats meander north and south. Step down to the gathering room where a wall of windows invites the sea breeze inside. If you're not on the screened porch or the dock or out exploring on the water, this room is the place to be. Bedrooms are tucked away on the south side of the house. With private access to the screened porch, the en-suite main bedroom is a sweet retreat. Open the sliders and let the ocean breeze cool you off after a day of adventuring. The Boathouse has a singular location cut out from the estate some 20 years ago. Dock was added 5 years ago and the water at low tide will handle an average sized vessel.
